Shipping terms and Conditions for collectors of original paintings created by Ed Little

All Ed Little original oil and pastel paintings were designed and painted by Edward Little. Every painting is signed by the artist and is varnished and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Unless otherwise stated all paintings are on linen canvas stretched over a wooden frame. Unless otherwise stated original paintings are sold unframed.

Original paintings are packaged and shipped by UPS. I use the UPS store that packages and ships all my original art to my galleries throughout America - they are meticulous in their care and know what they are doing! Because the shipping charge depends upon the size, weight and the value of the painting in addition to the destination, the shipping charge cannot be calculated until your order is placed or your enquiry made. 

Orders are shipped within 14 days of payment processing. Once your order is shipped I will email you your tracking number.  Please include your telephone number with your order so that if necessary the carrier can contact you.

I make every effort to match the color of the digital image to that of the original painting, but because of the nature of digital computer displays some slight variance might occur. In order to assure your complete satisfaction you may return the painting for any reason within 30 days from the time of payment processing for a full refund minus credit card processing fees. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If returning a painting use the same shipping company that delivered it.

For returned artwork to be accepted:

  • It has to be less than 30 days since you received the painting

  • The artwork must be in the same condition it arrived in

  • The artwork must be in its original packaging

  • The artwork must be insured for its purchase price

Damaged paintings

Should your painting arrive damaged immediately contact me.  Take a digital photo of the painting and the packaging it arrived in. Contact the shipping company that delivered it and arrange for the painting to be collected and returned to me. The painting must be insured for its purchase price. 

In the event of receiving a damaged painting you can either request that I repair the damage if possible or receive a full refund.
